Muscat Flower Festival- A Display of Floral Wonders

The Muscat Flower Festival was an eye-popping, vibrant international event held in Oman, featuring an explosion of colors and fragrances by different floral artists from around the world. This grand celebration of nature’s beauty was an anticipated event, expecting thousands of attendees and a diverse set of audiences, which prompted the organizers to look for a strong digital platform to make it hassle-free and as smooth as possible.

At Media21 Global, we were assigned this opportunity to create a bilingual website, making it more relatable to the local audience. The organizers needed the website to be a true reflection of the artistic spirit of the festival, and at the same time, an easy-to-maneuver platform for serving business inquiries, attracting vendors all around for participation, and managing ticket sales as well.

We developed a bilingual (English and Arabic) website with a design that presented the festival as a visual beauty of stunning florals. We added the major highlights of the festival on the website, emphasizing how each section would be adorned with breathtaking floral displays.

Online Ticket Booking Setup

We added a direct ticket booking link, making it easy for visitors to purchase tickets without jumping between pages. This simplified the otherwise chaotic process, reduced friction, and resulted in higher conversions.

Vendor Enquiry Form

For all the interested local as well as international vendors, we created a vendor inquiry form that made the process of applying for a stall at the event much simpler. 

Bilingual Touch

The presence of both English and Arabic on the website made it much more appealing for the local people. The bilingual characteristic of the website opened the doors for enhanced engagement and inclusivity.
